One of the very first posts I ever made was about the Amelia Dress dress from the truly fabulous in all things glamourous, Diane von Furstenberg…
but seeing that I don’t have $400 to buy this look,
I thought I would have a better chance of recreating it – with my own spin of course.

I LOVE prints, color, and those wrap and twist dresses.
So I found a pattern from Butterick in my stock pile to help me accomplish this fashion feat!
I LOVE this dress. The stripes, the Leopard, the contrast, and the wrappiness of this sassy little number.
The many different looks one can achieve is amazing!
These were some of my favorites along with my awkward modeling skills (don’t be jealous)…

It’s a great little dress and I was so excited to show it off…

and this I found this,
Little did I know, this pattern would be out of print when I made it to share with you all.
LUCKY for you, there a ton of wrap and twist tutorial dress online, like, here and here.
Definitely a future post for these wrap and twist tutorials.
Thanks for stopping by!
I would love to see how you all recreate this look in your own way!
