The holidays are approaching fast which means festive get togethers, parties, and family gatherings are on the schedule this time of year.
It’s the time of year where everyone especially accepting of the glitz and glamour the season brings with it.
Shades of red are worn on repeat, furs enhance every accessory, and metallic is accepted by all.
Lately, I have been coveting Stila’s Magnificent Metals Foil Finish Eyeshadow,
it’s my favorite go to shadow for date night but also PERFECT for everyday.
Depending on application, it can be worn from day to night with ease!
I love bringing some drama to a look and metallic eyes are the best way to go!

I have been working the jersey sheath dress hard core lately (Alice and Olivia Dress, Red Aztec, LWD),
but have been coveting the long tailored looks.
I scored the most gorgeous maroon houndstooth check back in October at my local Goodwill (seen here).
Finding vintage fabrics on the cheap from the Goodwill is the BEEEESSSST – have you tried it?
I have a bright magenta wool boucle calling my name, 5 yards for 5 dollars – I’m in LOVE.
The pattern is a retired old pattern from Simplicity Pattern Company, “4791”.
The easy cut and zipper detail is perfect for this on the go, momma of 4, fashionista – ha!
Wear it with a classic yet long white button-up (here), thigh high boots (here), some metallic detail, and this men’s inspired look is flirty and feminine!
